Stephanie Kelly

Senior Political Economist

Stephanie is the Senior Political Economist for the Multi-Asset Investment team at Standard Life Investments. Her areas of coverage include UK, European and US political and policy analysis. She holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Politics and an MSc in International Politics from Trinity College Dublin with research experience from IEP (Institut d’Etudes Politique) Paris and the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. Stephanie Kelly joined Standard Life Investments in 2014, working as the Global Strategy Analyst in the Multi-Asset Investment team.

Andrew Millington

Andrew Millington

Head of UK Equities

Andrew is Head of UK Equities at Aberdeen Standard Investments, having taken on that role at Standard Life Investments in March 2017. Prior to that he was Head of Equity Research at Standard Life Investments. Andrew is the fund manager for the Corporate UK Equities Fund, the UK Equity Growth Fund and several other UK equities segregated mandates. He is also the UK analyst for the Telecoms and Water sectors.

Andrew began his career in 2004 at Baillie Gifford as an Analyst in the North American Equities Team before moving to the Emerging Markets Team in 2005. In 2006, Andrew joined the UK Equities Team as an Analyst before being appointed Investment Manager in 2007. Andrew joined Standard Life Investments (now Aberdeen Standard Investments) in 2008 as Investment Director, UK Equities. Andrew has 14 years of experience in the industry, ten of which at Standard Life Investments.

Senior Investment Manager

Sean Flanagan is a Senior Investment Manager in the Diversified Multi-Asset team. Sean joined Aberdeen Standard Investments as a result of the merger between Aberdeen Asset Management and Standard Life in August 2017. Sean joined Aberdeen in 2015 from Standard Life Investments where he was an Investment Manager in the Multi-Asset and Macro Investing team. Previously, Sean worked for Kames Capital where he was an Investment Manager in the Multi-Asset Group. Prior to that, Sean worked within the legal profession and as a Stock Analyst at Moore Europe Capital Management.

Multi-Asset Investment Specialist

Brian joined Standard Life Investments in 2013 as a multi-asset investment specialist, prior to the creation of the Aberdeen Standard Investments brand covering the combined investment businesses following the merger of Standard Life plc and Aberdeen Asset Management PLC in 2017. Brian was charged with supporting the expansion of our risk based funds proposition. Engaging regularly with adviser clients and ratings agencies, he also works closely with the distribution, marketing and governance functions to ensure the product suite remains fit for purpose. Brian joined from Fidelity Investment where he was a sales manager covering Scotland and Northern Ireland, having previously worked for Insight Investment and Santander Asset management in sales and client manager roles.

Real Estate Investment Specialist

Euan joined Standard Life Investments in March 2008 as an Institutional Client Manager in the Global Client Relationship Management Team. During his time here Euan was responsible for managing relationships with institutional clients from across the globe.

In June 2012 Euan joined the Wholesale Investment Technical Team as a Wholesale Investment Analyst. During his time here Euan took the lead role covering a number of different asset classes such as Fixed Income, Absolute Returns and Real Estate.

In September 2014, Euan joined the Global Investment Specialists team who are responsible for bridging and co-ordinating between Standard Life Investments’ real estate investment, global sales, marketing and client relationship management teams. The team are also responsible for raising capital from specialist global real estate investors and consultants, and for developing new real estate strategies and solutions with our fund management team, as well as ensuring our existing funds and products are fit for purpose and best in class.

Euan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics from Heriot Watt University in 2005 and completed his Chartered Financial Analyst exams in June 2014.

Prolific writer and international public speaker, even when people ask him not to be. Knows more about Finnish black metal than you, and not afraid to show it.
