Create a Mutual Fund Participation Unit Account

1. Prospective Participation Mutual Fund Unit Holders may open a Mutual Fund Participation Unit Account by filling the Account Opening Form and completing the supporting documents through Investment Manager or through Mutual Funds Selling Agent appointed by the Investment Manager (Selling Agent)

   Supporting Documents for Individual:

   • Copy of e-ID Card /e-KTP (for Citizen of Indonesia) or Passport (for Foreign Citizen)
   • Tax identification (If needed)

   Supporting Documents for Institution:

   • Deed of Establishment
   • Amendment of Articles of Association (including Amendment deed of Directors)
   • Tax identification
   • Ownership structure on behalf of the Company
   • Director’s valid ID
   • Business License
   • Company Registration Certificate
   • Certificate of Domicile
   • Specimen of Authorized Signature
   • and other documents mentioned on the Account Opening Form


2. Mutual Fund Participation Unit Holders will receive SID (Single Investor Identification) number sent by the Investment Manager through e-mail or through delivery service or sent by Mutual Funds Selling Agent where the Prospective Mutual Funds Participation Unit Holder performing the account opening process

Choose a Mutual Fund Product

1. The prospective Mutual Fund Participation Unit Holders may choose a Mutual Fund product according to investment risk profile that has been filled in when the process of opening the Mutual Fund Participation Unit account
2. Read and understand theProspectus of Mutual Fund that can be accessed here

Mutual Fund Subscription Process

1. Fill in the Mutual Fund Subscription Form
2. Perform the fund transfer to Mutual Fund Account as stated at Prospectus or Mutual Fund Account at other Bank under Custodian Bank for Selling Agent before 13:00 WIB (thirteen West Indonesia Time)
3. Send the signed Mutual Fund Subscription Form along with evidence of transfer to the Investment Manager or Mutual Funds Selling Agent before 13:00 WIB (thirteen West Indonesia Time)(in Good Fund Good Application)
4. Mutual Fund Subscription Form and the evidence of transfer received after 13:00 WIB (thirteen West Indonesia Time) will be processed on the following Bourse Day
5. Custodian Bank will send Mutual Fund Confirmation Statement of the Subscription through e-mail (if available) or through delivery service at the latest by 7 Bourse Days after transaction processing date

Mutual Fund Redemption Process

1. Fill in the Mutual Fund Redemption Form
2. Send the signed Mutual Fund Redemption Form to the Investment Manager or Selling Agent before 13:00 WIB (thirteen West Indonesia Time) (in Good Application)
3. Mutual Fund Redemption Form received after 13:00 WIB (thirteen West Indonesia Time) will be processed on the following Bourse Day
4. Custodian Bank will send the fund of the Redemption to the Participation Unit Holders’ account registered at the Subscription Date or the updated account the latest at 7 Bourse Days after transaction processing date
5. Custodian Bank will send Mutual Fund Confirmation Statement of Redemption through e-mail (if available) or through delivery service at the latest by 7 Bourse Days after transaction processing date

Mutual Fund Switching Process

1. Fill in the Mutual Fund Switching Form
2. Send the signed Mutual Fund Switching Form to the Investment Manager or Selling Agent before 13:00 WIB (thirteen West Indonesia Time) (in Good Application)
3. Mutual Fund Switching Form received after 13:00 WIB (thirteen West Indonesia Time) will be processed on the following Bourse Day
4. Custodian Bank will perform the Mutual Fund Investment transfer to Recipient Custodian Bank the latest at 4 Bourse Days after transaction processing date
5. The Custodian Bank and the Recipient Custodian Bank will send Mutual Fund Confirmation Statement of Switching through e-mail (if available) or through delivery service at the latest by 7 Bourse Days after transaction processing date

Mutual Fund Monthly Statement

Custodian Bank will send Monthly Statement of Participation Unit Holders which contains the following:

1. A Report describes the position of the Account as of December 31 at the latest by the 12th (twelfth) of January of the following year;
2. All reports regarding to the position of the Account at the latest by the 12th Bourse Day of the following month since the mutation occurred on the number of Participation Units owned by the Participation Unit Holders
