Private Fund

A private fund is a form of investment in which investors can invest for expected future economic benefits from dividends and capital appreciation. Investors participate in establishing an investment policy tailored specifically for them. A private fund is usually set up with much higher initial investment than are a mutual fund. The types of investors that can set up a private fund are individual persons, group of persons, and legal entities.
