My Investment Account Online
What does an online account allow me to do?
Welcome to our secure online investor portal - My Account Online. This enhanced service allows you to:
- Check the valuation of your investments
- View your transaction history
- Buy and sell shares / units in our funds
- Alter your regular investment instructions
- Switch between our funds
- Tell us about certain changes to your personal details
- View details of your financial adviser (if you have one).
- For security reasons, a few functions and instructions cannot be managed online.
To access the portal, you will need to register with your Investor Reference number. This is a simple process and will only take a few minutes. Where you hold more than one type of product, you will have been allocated an Investor Reference for each one. If you have more than one Investor Reference you can use any one to register. After registering, you will only need the User name and Password you create at the time of registration. Information regarding registering will have been by letter, however if you have any queries please contact us on 0345 113 6966.
Follow the link to the portal and then click on the 'New Investor Deal' tab on the home page. Complete all the necessary details requested and, towards the end of the new deal process, you will be able to register for My Account Online by providing the relevant security details.
